July, 2026
Earlier this month, I wandered off into a rock hounding ramble — five days offline, five days held by Nature. It was lovely, and it was a reminder, the kind that settles deep: how essential it is for me to sync back to the natural calls and timing, the truth written in sun and moon, in trees and stone, in every creature moving through this ancient order.
Which brings us right into this month's topic: Rasayana, and Nature as wise council for hormonal balance. Rasayana is one of those Ayurvedic understandings that doesn't have a clean translation in American culture — I think of it as the power-punch "multi-vitamin" of life. It can come from herbs, oils, diet, and right action. And it also comes from the way we live — from giving time and care to feel the deep connections, within and without. It is walking into the ancient forest to commune. It is bobbing in open water as the Great MA holds you. It is whatever nourishes and supports us at that deeper, spiritual level. Essential to health and wellbeing — 100%.
So this month, I am sharing stories and ideas, favorite things and considerations around this vital topic, as we keep living from a place of beauty in mind, body, and spirit.
For those in the FLOURISH tier: our live Zoom gathers Sunday, July 19th at 9am PST. A link will land a couple days before, and a recording a couple days after. And a note for August — class will be Sunday, August 23rd, also at 9am. My apologies for the summer shifts; I keep getting invited far out into Nature on the last Sundays of each month, and I keep saying yes. Thank you for understanding.
For those in SEED tier: please enjoy musings and audio from the archive. Thank you for being here,
For those in FLOURISH tier:

Sending you a giant bouquet of earthen wonder to smell, gaze and be in awe of. I believe it to be an essential part of how we find balance. Thank you for your continued support of my work. It not only pays for itself, but also sends funds each month to Basic Right Oregon. Their vision?
"To ensure that all LGBTQ2SIA+ Oregonians live free from discrimination and be treated with dignity and respect in every community in our state."
Thank you BRO, I love you.
Sincerely,
Danielle
